BLS starts cooperation with JusHAK St. Pölten

Inspire young people for the legal profession

One of the leading commercial academies in Austria, namely the one in St. Pölten, has its own education track, the JusHAK, since the current school year. The particularly practice-oriented training provides the basis for subsequent law studies or for immediate entry into a profession. BLS Rechtsanwälte is proud to be a close partner of the JusHAK St. Pölten since this year.

BLS Attorneys at Law has been committed to the education of young people for several decades. As a result, our senior partner Wolfgang Schubert came up with the idea of a close cooperation between BLS Attorneys at Law and the JusHAK St. Pölten. Thomas Huber, director of the HAK St. Pölten, and Alice Wildauer-Pfleger, coordinator of the JusHAK, immediately showed great interest.

The cooperation was officially launched in March 2023. BLS Attorneys at Law will offer the young people insight into the life of a law firm, at court and other authorities. "We are enthusiastic about the new JusHAK in St. Pölten. The legal subjects are sometimes quite dry. However, in my almost 35 years of professional life, it has become clear that no two days are ever the same, and this variety makes my job immensely exciting. We want to share this enthusiasm with the students of the JusHAK. In addition, we will need highly trained employees in the future. That's why we are very happy to support this education at JusHAK," says Schubert.

Thomas Huber is pleased about the cooperation and the exciting offer for his students: "The cooperation with BLS Attorneys at Law complements our lessons with insights into their later working life. This is of course particularly interesting for the young people." Alice Wildauer-Pfleger adds, "Being able to experience what the young people learn at JusHAK in the practice of a law firm greatly enriches the lessons."
