Helmut Überbacher becomes partner at BLS

Firm name is simplified to BLS Rechtsanwälte GmbH

BLS strengthens its partner level and appoints Helmut Überbacher as partner. The firm name is simplified to BLS Rechtsanwälte GmbH.

Helmut Überbacher has started working for BLS Attorneys at Law in Vienna in 2010 and advises clients in various areas of commercial law. A native of Styria, he is a proven expert in insurance law in particular. He also specialises in tort and warranty law as well as litigation.

With the expansion of the partnership, it was also decided to change the name of the previous company name "BLS Rechtsanwälte Boller Langhammer Schubert GmbH" to "BLS Rechtsanwälte GmbH".
